Can PolyStone Planters™ stay outside year around?

Absolutely, This is the main reason we are so successful! The materials used in our applications hold up no matter what season it is. They handle extreme temperatures, offer UV Protection, are salt spray resistant and will not crack or become brittle from freeze/thaw cycles. We also have no plastics in our planters that can become rigid or breakdown.

Can I change the color of my PolyStone Planter™?

Yes, and it will not affect your warranty! If your color scheme changes, or you would like to update to a new designer look, you can apply an exterior acrylic paint such as Sherwin Williams or Benjamin Moore. Best results are achieved when you apply two coats with a nap roller.

What makes a PolyStone Planter™ insulated?

We use a high-density EPS core that gives the planter its insulated quality. This allows for better root growth with the daily temperature extremes. Our planters are rated up to 150 degrees, so please keep planters 5’ away from heat sources like fire pits and barbecue grills.

How do you ship my PolyStone Planter™?

We ship all of our orders through UPS (ground) unless specified otherwise. You will receive a tracking number for your order via email, as soon as your order is processed.

How long will it take my order to arrive after I make a payment?

For stock items, usually allow for 2-4 business days. For custom orders, we will specify a ship date and shipping method.

What if I made a mistake entering shipping information?

Mistakes can happen. If you feel like you’ve made a mistake entering your shipping or billing information, please contact us with the correct information and we will resolve the issue.
