If you are not satisfied with your order, please email us within 15 days of when it was shipped to arrange for either a full refund or replacement. Items returned after 15 days are subject to a restocking fee of $50.00 / planter. All returns need to be in good condition in original packaging.

If the products you purchased are defective, we will refund the purchase price and cover the cost of the returned shipment or send you a replacement. You must return the product in its original packaging with the original packing slip.
